1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully received and a confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• 48 hours or more before the tour: Eligible for a 100% refund.
• 24–48 hours before the tour: Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
• No-show or failure to arrive at the scheduled pick-up location: No refund.

3. Cancellation by DesertSafariDubaiTravels

If we cancel your booking due to severe weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose one of the following:

• A full refund.
• Reschedule your tour to another available date.
• Receive credit for a future booking.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
• Bank Transfer (if applicable): 5–15 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to Bookings

Booking date or time changes are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for any modification requests.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• No-show bookings.
• Missed pick-up due to incorrect contact information or late arrival.
• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.
• Services already completed.

7. Special Events & Peak Season

Bookings made during public holidays, New Year's Eve, Eid holidays, or other peak travel periods may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking or offer an appropriate solution.
